Earl Little is the coach at Miami Jackson and per Twitter considers the UM DB job his "dream job". let's get 'em...

I would consider Nathaniel Brooks for S&C.
I heard he was a gym beast at UM and you know the UM NFLers
would want to work out at the UM because of him.

He and big Terrell Walden are the finalists for the S&C gig.

It is a mutual disservice to load up coaching staff with former players.
For starters, if they really want to develop as college coaches, they need to get out of their
comfort zone. Work at different programs, different coaches, getting infused into different coaching
trees.
Look at Lamar Thomas at Louisville. I remember he used to post on Canesport, telling folks
how much he wanted to work at UM. Several folks including myself told him to jump around,
work for different systems and so on.

On the other end, this is not good for UM because we need alot of our former players working
at some of these soFla high schools.
You pull an Earl Little from Miami Jax, and his successor may be a gayturd or nole lover.
Similar deal with Rumph, Roland Smith,etc.
We need those coaches at these local high schools, and we need them to grow into very
successful and influential coaches who will be looking out for their hometown and alma-mater.

McKinnie needs to be the National Recruiting coordinator. Buddy has an open tab at every strip club and nightclub in SoFla. lol.

Saw that guy on Nikki Beach on last sunday with a flock of bad chicks around him.

I'm hearing Walden has been tabbed to head up the new Training Table. Former HS teammate Nate "Lemme get yo' ****" Harris will head up lockerroom security as part of this Dream Team.

The next guy that suggests adding another high school coach to the staff should have to go run the steps at Traz Powell until we're good again or they die. Which ever one happens first.
 
Was told Little is a horrible coach by staff at Cypress Bay..... Didn't he get fired from there?
