He recently told espn he plans to reclassify. Seems pretty concrete.

Like I said previously, I believe his commitment on the 8th will also include his official reclassification.

I missed that, but good. I can actually get invested in this then because if a ‘25 kid commits to us right now, couldn’t care less.

I wouldn’t be so sure. 5* probably not, but I don’t see any way how he’s not well inside the Top 100. I would say easily a Top 75 kid. He’s the #1 player in California right now for 2025 on 247 and the composite.

Rivals has him as their #1 TE, 247 has him as their #2 TE. For context, there are 8 TEs ranked in the top 100 for 2024. To me, if he’s that good for 2025 I see no reason why he isn’t for 2024. Very well might wind up being ranked ahead of Odom if he does reclassify. Guess we’ll see cause it sure seems like that’s his plan.

It’s case by case. JT Daniels, Ewers, Mark Walton. Multiple instances of players reclassifying and not dropping off.
