2026 Blake Stewart 4* Safety from ATL (Woodward Academy) Commits to Clemson

2026 Post in thread 'Safety Board (2026 Edition)'

Atlanta Woodward Academy safety Blake Stewart has three official visits lined up already this summer. Stewart will go to SMU (May 2-4), Clemson(May 30-June 1) and Miami (June 13-15).

Other programs remain in the mix for Stewart that are likely to receive spring visits before finalizing official visits, including in-state Georgia and Michigan.

I thought the tape was ok…I like the 3 other Georgia safeties better though. JMO

Don't understand why we seem to have fallen off with Aguirre. Out of Aguirre, McCoy, Redding, Stewart... I like Aguirre's tape best of all.

The month of March is loaded with unofficial visits, and Miami's board is starting to come into focus. This week we are focusing on some names high on Miami's board that haven't gotten a ton of attention:

- The two new defensive back coaches (Zac Etheridge and Will Harris) have shaken up the board. One name visiting unofficially next week is Blake Stewart (Atlanta). They view the 5'11.5, 170-pound four star as a dynamic athlete who can line up at CB, S, nickel and return. His official visit is set for June 13th...

My bad, I want to retract my statement, I clicked on his Frosh year by accident. Junior highlights show a much more explosive athlete with some thump and house calls in return game. He's right there with those other guys and probably more versatile.

Still would love to hear an Aguirre/UM update.
 


“My visit to Miami was great!” Stewart told On3. “The atmosphere was amazing, and the coaches, including Coach Cristobal, were very welcoming and personable.”

“Getting to watch practice, sit in on meetings, and observe the program’s operations was a big deal for me,” Stewart said. “They made me feel like a top priority. I also appreciated the strong culture, emphasis on teamwork, and focus on preparing me for the next level.

“I really feel the need that they need me there.”

“Miami is high on the list for sure,” Stewart said. “They are really putting forth an effort at building relationships not just with me but my family.”
