ACC is getting its *** kicked.

FSU should win today too, but it wouldn't be surprising if the ACC loses all the other games. Crazy.

ACC kinda stinks this year. Duke, UNC, UVA, ND, NC State, Syracuse, and Louisville are all worse than usual, while the bottom feeders - BC, Gtech, Wake, and Pitt recently - continue to be just that.

Then you have the middle tier teams - us, Clemson, and Vtech - that are all just kind of... middling. I could certainly see FSU run away with the conference.

That Duke and Kentucky both stink is interesting. Could be a sign that the 1 and done model is deteriorating, since some of the very best HS recruits are starting to forego college in favor of professional leagues overseas or the G League. Neither team had a guy go in the lottery last month, and none of the Duke players that took the court last night screamed future pro; usually they have like 3 of those guys.

Translation from Coach K - we aren't as good as we thought we would be, the season needs to stop until I can get better guys in here.
Exactly. He can opt out of the season. He really does not want all of those losses to go on his record.

Still sad we missed out on Scottie Barnes. ACC saved some face just now when he made an amazing basket with 1 sec in OT for a 69-67 FSU win over tuff Indiana. Hard to knock the ACC that much, as 2 of the Big10 wins were by Nbr 3 Iowa and Nbr 6 Illinois. (NC and Duke on the minus side.) Glad the Canes helped the tally.
