This Sunday top high schools from around South Florida will compete on several fields around campus including Greentree Practice Field.

Play begins at 10 a.m., and 24 teams make the playoffs. The championship game is slated to begin at 4:30 p.m. on Greentree's turf field.

Among the teams registered:

* ST. THOMAS. High School team includes Sam Bruce (Cane commit), Michael Irvin (UM offer, son of Cane great).

* OXBRIDGE. High School team includes Travis Homer (UM offer).

* SOUTH DADE. High School team includes James Wiggins (Cane commit).

* COCONUT CREEK. High School team includes Binjimen Victor (UM offer), Trayvon Mullen (UM offer).

* MIRAMAR. High School team includes 2017 Brian Edwards (UM offer).

* MIAMI CENTRAL. High School team includes Waynmon Steed (Cane commit), Jamel Cook (FSU commit still looking at UM).

* KILLIAN. High School team includes 2017 Bentavious Thompson (UM commit).

* BOOKER T. High School team includes 2017 Billy Joseph (UM commit), Dontye Carriere-Williams (UM recruit, no offer).

* AMERICAN HERITAGE. High School team includes Nick Eubanks (UM offer), Brandon Johnson (UM recruit, no offer), Dredrick Snelson (former commit), 2018 Patrick Surtain (UM offer), 2017 Kyshaun Bryan (UM offer).

* SOUTHRIDGE. High School team includes Freddie Pinder (UM recruit), Nate Cushnie (UM recruit, no offer), 2017 Kemore Gamble (UM offer), 2017 Rodney Scott (UM offer).

* DEERFIELD BEACH. High School team includes James Pierre (UM commit).

I wonder if anyone is going to commit this weekend while there. would be kind of awesome. also great for all the commits from all classes to link up. this cold be a powerful event for us.

This is a Darrow project. **** I would love to see a Central v. STA final. Too bad UM can't put out highlights. Hopefully there is enough media there to put out some good film.
 
my alma mater Sebring highschool is going. small town school so im interested to see how we do against some top competition. lavar scott the head coach here is also coach scotts younger brother and played for one of the national championship teams. would never push a kid to any school but does have alot of love for the U. seen the guy through things and almost bust his tv. still got love for them canes tho win or lose. true fan and great coach.

Aside from the South Florida Shootout at The U. The Camps are coming up at the U. A commit or two won't be surprising in the coming weeks.
