Have 6-7 home games per year.

About 2-3 are really good atmospheres.

Is that worth living in that small town for 365 days per year?

Some of you really overthink the "small town" college atmosphere argument. These are young kids that crave attention.

In Miami, an 18 year old UM football player isn't recognize 99% of the time unless it's on campus. Go to a Publix, Chipotle, Walmart, or whatever other place in Miami and most people don't even think twice.

But that same player in Auburn, Tuscaloosa, Athens, etc. is treated like a ******* god at the local Outback. Endless bloomin' onions all day, every day.

You think these young kids don't want that? Couple that with an electric gameday atmosphere and insane female talent...it's a wrap.

That narrative is way overplayed. These kids go to these small towns because they get paid to. They don't like it that much.

Nobody really has any true idea of what these "kids" want because that is such a general statement. Each kid has their own specific reason for where they attend. Game day atmosphere for some, some like the money, others crave the attention from a small town. It's different for every kid. The generalization of kids only leave South Florida for money is absurd. Maybe if we had a team worth a ****, we would be able to keep some of these players.

****, we got our own semi starting QB bitc#ing about the gameday atmosphere.
