    - Will Cager be ready?
    - Where they plug Jaquan is one of them. I think he gets the S nod, and then one of the others plays there during Nickel packages. That may all change in the fall, though. - Again, Dean is a critical recruit for CB.
    - Deejay Dallas is more likely to play outside than he is a Nickel, I think. He may even get tried at S, but tested at CB during Spring.
    - I figure you just threw names at DT, but Jenkins is likely behind Norton.
    - I'd be surprised if Darling started out at LT in Spring. He should be a Guard forever, regardless of depth.

Agree with most of this. Just don't know how we can afford to have Jaquan play anywhere other than safety with the lack of experience at that spot. Also I think Allison will be QB1, but that's an argument this board will be having until next September.

EDIT I also think Trajan has a chance to start at nickel from day 1.

Spring will be very important for Michael Jackson, Knowles, Finley, and Wright. We need at least 3/4 of those guys to step and be contributors.

Also hoping Gordinier and Owens are healthy. We really need some experience behind our starters.

that oline can be good/decent with another year under their belt in the weight room and conditioning.

    I disagree.

I think Brown at LT, and Darling at RG, but otherwise agree with pretty much all your starters.

Are they ever gonna try out Gray at WR?

Ghost - If (and that's maybe why you left him off the 2 deep), but if J. Dean commits to UM, would he in your opinion step in and start?

That safety depth chart shrunk my crank to the size of a thumbnail. Yikes.

Nice writeup. Sheesh at Mahoney as a backup. I've read nothing on him - how is he progressing?

I'd be surprised if Jackson is the other starting corner (grad transfer or JC signee). Same deal goes for Finley and Knowles - I'll be surprised if they start. I'd see Jaquan and maybe Amari over Finley/Knowles.

Lastly, I'll be surprised if Sheriffs is not in the mix. I think Allison is the odd man out and Sheriffs surprises in the spring. That's my take based on little nuggets here and there.
