Miami DT Commit Silvera Will Play in Army Bowl
The American Heritage standout becomes the fifth Miami commit to accept an invitation to the game.

Miami Top247 defensive tackle commit Nesta Silvera has flipped his all-star game commitment from the Under Armour All-American Game to the U.S. Army All-American Bowl.

The Fort Lauderdale American Heritage standout tweeted the news on Monday just two days after he announced via Twitter that he had shut down his recruitment and is no longer planning to take previously scheduled official visits to Florida or Ohio State.

Silvera (6-2, 308) becomes the fifth Miami to accept an invitation to play in the Army Bowl joining running back Lorenzo Lingard, wide receiver Mark Pope, safety Josh Jobe and wide receiver Brian Hightower.
