He contacted 247 after Holloman committed to Georgia and had this to say:
"Dear 'Canes fans,
Just because we lose a guy on the recruiting trail doesn't mean we lose hope in our future! We aren't going to sell The U because it sells itself! Players that really want to play at UM will commit and play at UM! The city, school, and environment all have great opportunity but if they don't see it that's on them! The dudes that we get will definitely be SAVAGES and will be able to compete with and beat the 'best' in college football and the dynasty of The U. So don't be downtrodden because the best has yet to come. 2017 is the year of the Cane.
