    My guess, Texas caught wind of the Miami visit and upped the bag. I know this may be an unpopular opinion but, we probably did the same to make Cormani cancel his surprise visit to Alabama. Nobody wants their prized recruit receiving the red carpet treatment on someone else's campus.

    I think the reason for the secret is to not tip off other schools of his interest in UM. Right now, other schools KNOW who they are competing against. Up until today, I'm sure people at Texas thought Texas A&M was their only competition.
