I still think people are selling Trader he incredibly short. Kid is an athlete who can actually play. Sure given his top 10 ranking we expected to see Percy Harvin type break away speed given that he isnt particularly big but kid makes play after play after play.

Reality is we havent signed a WR prospect like Trader in some time, probably Pope. Yes I know he ended up a bust but im referring to him as a prospect. Trader is a top 50 prospect, he is borderline elite if not elite, he is a must get given where he plays HS ball and our needs.

He is but his film doesn’t scream top 10 player. Don’t think him being ranked in the mid 30s says otherwise. I do agree this isn’t a Yearby situation because his talent has a much better chance of shining at the next level.

Manny was terrible at recruiting, and he makes Napier look like Mario in that department. His 20 and 22 classes were absolute **** with Mario saving 22. His only decent class was 21 because we landed Taylor and Williams being there was a pandemic that kept them home.
