    As a "booster" I used to get information/warning about contacting recruits or offering them anything to entice them to choose the school I supported. Is it now completely acceptable by the NCAA rules that a booster contacts a player on another team offering him an NIL deal if transfers? I don't...

    It will be a story of the haves and have nots. How could this be good for college football? If we did not have the Ruiz family and others, if we still had Manny Diaz, Miami fans will feel totally different about this.

    There are different ways to regulated by the NCAA. The court ruled for NIL but it did not strip the NCAA from the power to impose restrictions. Like what @TimeBum said in the post above.

    I don't disagree with what you are saying. It is very hard to put the genie back in the bottle but the power of the genie could be curtailed. While it wont go away anytime soon, I believe at some point it will be regulated.
