The demographic for Gibbons neighborhood is MAGAland. It's actually pretty wild the first time you drive thru and see how many signs are out in the yard etc. Not many Canadians up that way tbh. They stick to Hallandale/Hollywood. Like the poster above mentioned, the church has a restrictor...

That and it is down the street from Gibbons/Westminster. Far enough north to got to Ely if you want to. Tough spot to be in.

Northeast has had a significant drop off in numbers since Bennett left. To see they can't even field a team is sad though. They don't have a true feeder program so unless your coaches are bringing kids in or locking down the neighborhood you have no shot.

There is only 1 team in all of this that refuses to play Chaminade and that is STA. They have too much to lose by playing that game and losing. Been that way since the Guandolo days.
