Nah.....JJ's and Butch's (98-2000) staffs were already well versed and had incredible resumes from jump....

We haven't had this quality of a staff for 19+ yrs....but we've had better staffs in the past.

Schnelly had both, big arm QBs in his coaching career (Kelly, Namath, Testaverde).....and mediocre arm QBs (Griese, Kosar,) did pretty well with both...

I as well....people seem to forget what he did to OU in 85 & 86 against 2 unbelievably Great teams, with vaunted Secondarys. That 85 team he toyed with, went on to Win the NC....

Best I've seen at UM....(regardless of his horrid performance against PedoState)
