Gino has been horrible at sending/not sending runners. He's been 80% wrong on both sides. Doesn't send runners when they can score easily, but sends them when it will be close.
There's nothing magical about pitch count. You have to judge by how he is pitching. He hasn't lost velocity or command.
He can finish, but they won't let him.
Ziehl is having a nice efficient outing. Perhaps it's just taken him some time to adjust to a starting role.
If we can get this type of outing from him consistently, we'll be in good shape.
