True. I've lived in VA for most of my life, and UVA hates the Holes more than VT. I believe it's called "the oldest rivalry in the south". Lots of bad blood at those games.

I was thinking more in terms of geographically. Also WVU had the backyard brawl with Pitt, and a small rivalry with L'Ville.

Plus, Cincy has a historically good basketball program, which fits in perfectly with the ACC.

Those two yes, but it would be nice if Cincy could steal some recruits from OSU & Mich..

Canes & Noles would never go for it. They don't want another P5 team in the state taking top recruits.

My thoughts: Cincy: best bet. ACC logo in Ohio, rival for northern teams. WVU: Rival for UVA & VT. Memphis: ACC in TENN. Good team. UCONN & Temple: nah.
