    I too would definitely want PSU to join with ND. I’m assuming PSU isn’t realistic. After PSU, I would want WVU. I think they are getable as I feel pretty confident that they would leave the Big XII for the ACC. Much better location for them travel wise. They would have their rivalry with Pitt...
