I think he's 26 or 27 and has a 2 year old. But when he said he was staying for 2021 he said the degree is important to him. I doubt he'll leave until he has it, but once he does, the combination of a big paycheck and his age will be hard to ignore.

How close is he to his degree? IMO, that will be the deciding factor. If he's graduating, he'll go.
