No question about that. Most of our teams in 80's and early 90's only loss to themselves but unfortunately that counts. '86 was unbelievable college team but couldn't finish like a champ -- I blame JJ for not being good enough Bowl Game yet. For most of 25 year span, NOBODY wanted to face us.

There are a couple of Miami teams that would have beaten all those teams. Heck one did beat ND but got cheated by refs. Although I watched that '71 NE team beat Bama in Orange Bowl and it was pretty bad ***. But the NE team we beat for our first NC was supposed to be the greatest team ever...
