How accurate are the Lunardi clowns vs how the seeds actually happen historically? Is there any actual data?

Coach L flat out said he's less concerned with seed and more interested in playing in Orlando.

You are having three different imaginary arguments in this one conversation and none of them are with me. It's like you tied the goalposts to a surfboard and are paddling out at pipeline. It's not my job to get you back on track lol. Good day to you, sir, and go Canes!

Agree the ACC tourney matters as I said, but nothing is ever forgotten in a subjective situation where humans seed a tournament, and the different in a seed can be a hair between two very similar seasons. Our bad losses will be compared to others teams bad losses, or lack there of. Let's just...

Yes but you're changing the subject. We are solely discussing if it matters, with all things being equal (aka every minute and game we've played until this moment), if we can improve our seed, FROM HERE, by winning the ACC Tourney. While of course it matters what other teams do, I say we can...

A decent loss usually doesn't move the needle. Winning the whole **** thing is usually impactful and can put you over a couple of other similar teams. The committee likes teams that win things. They do.

Smokin' Joe has us as a #5 seed in the midwest with #1 Kansas as of this morning. I hate this guy. https://www.espn.com/espn/feature/story/_/page/bracketology/ncaa-bracketology-projecting-2023-march-madness-men-field

They will also take into effect that Pack was out. They won't ignore the result or anything, but it will be mentioned and considered. Especially if he comes back for PITT and we win that and look good again with him in the lineup in the ACC Tourney.

Really hard to speak in absolutes IMO when things are dependent on not only just what we do but what other teams do as well. Still quite a bit of basketball left to be played before the NCAA announces it seeding. Beat Pitt.

When the **** do we get updated bracketology? Why isn't it updated every day, or in real time? I want answers! I demand satisfaction!

But I didn't wave away anything bud. I literally called Bama a top 5 team, right? And I disagree, if UNC was a projected #1 seed, like Bama is right now, the ACC narrative would be Snow White and the seven dwarfs. And maybe let's not use UNC as the example anyway, because they are a blue blood...

"ThE AcC iS DoWn ThIs YeAr." Let's take a look at the SEC, shall we? Bama has a great resume. They are a top 5 team, and deservedly so. But they've beaten up on a crap-*** conference too. For example, the team with the 2nd best record in the SEC, #25 TAMU, who has an astounding 13-2...

Thinking (hoping) that winning @ VT and federally pounding FSU's *** as an exclamation point + taking the lead in the ACC + best P5 win streak might finally get us a little bit more than the usual incremental move in the polls due to all the positive press coming (again, IMO).

I'm not sure enough of the right ones lost though, and I I'm not sure I see us jumping TENN with that #1 Alabama win of theirs this week. Feels like we will jump Indiana and KSU and end up #13 in the AP. Feel differently?
