Wide Receiver is our 2nd weakest position by far! (and nobody is talking about it)

Agreed McCloud has been disappointing I’ll take that L. I am still not high on Frierson, think he’s afraid of contact, don’t think he’s fast or instinctive. He’s made a couple good plays but I think Keontra has more upside. We will see though

BUMP x1000 - Harley, Wiggins, Pope, still can't separate, can't win contested catches and will cost us multiple games if they don't get overtaken by the young guys. The new depth chart is a start but we need a complete overhaul of the young guys getting the PT.

Frierson has zero twitch just rewatch FIU game. Was making guys look like they were Tyreek Hill. Also Josh Hammond week 1 made him look insanely slow. I’m all in on Keontra to take over that position and feel that Frierson is a big liability

Wide Receiver is our 2nd weakest position by far! (and nobody is talking about it)

Lol you need to watch more football if you think Harley, Pope, Wiggins and Payton have elite traits. 1 we haven’t seen Payton almost at all so no way to say that confidently. Harley and Wiggins potential starters in the league lol. These guys aren’t when I’m the same area code as Rashawn Scott...

Berrios measured 5'8 5/8ths at the NFL combine. Restrepo looks even shorter than him. I am not saying this is gonna determine if he's good or bad long-term and I actually like him, but it's just another knock against him for early PT as a true freshman.

This is a well thought out post but I have to disagree on Harley's talent (though you didn't really say he was talented but more of a fit). He has issues changing directions and is more of a slant run straight guy. We will see but his lack of shiftiness really makes me lower on him

Wide Receiver is our 2nd weakest position by far! (and nobody is talking about it)

I believe that the thing that makes it the weakest is that the vets who are slated to play a lot are known and are not good. The other positions are more open for a young guy to come in and take over the starting role.

Was more talking in terms of him being 5'7 on a good day. Being that short without top end speed can be tough. I do like his upside and get-off

Wide Receiver is our 2nd weakest position by far! (and nobody is talking about it)

If you go position by position we all know that we have massive OL issues (OT, both OGs) but people are talking it. The other major question marks are CB, LB and Striker. However, if you look at some of the players at these positions, they either have guys with upside (guys who have data points...
