top qb’s probably don’t trust him to play todays offense. WR are always needed to catch the ball, doesn’t matter if 3star or 5star Qb

& what prod did the TE group provide in 23? He wants to run the ball @ will. NIL $ will bring WR & he knows how to recruit/sell

My guess would be the style of offense he wants to run.
