I go with this option. They saw what they needed to see from Malik and Jayden Wayne and to a lesser extent..Lightfoot and the kid from Alabama. No need to stunt their growth for the likes of Romello Height.

The "step up" part is what I think we are all worried about. We are basically hoping the light turns on for Moten and/or Horton to save the DT rotation. Gore, Campbell and Cook seem to be not catching on as fast as we thought they would.

It would be great if Justin Scott can give us a "Bain" type TF season. But thats too much to ask. **** I would even accept him just playing like a 5* kid and I think we could be okay with bringing in 2 "solid" DTs who can hold their own and hoping Horton or Moten have the light come on.

Deion will try to cover this as "getting rid of kids who shouldnt be here" but not sure that will work this offseason. Because his recruiting rankings arent filling in the gaps.

So sounds like all the "Trader/Carr ready to get legit rotation snaps this yr" was all BS if we are legit going after 2 WRs in the portal. Because that rotation is getting crowded in that scenario.

I think he jumped into the portal already knowing he was going to USF. I think the USC talk is BS. Just threw them in there to not look like he didnt have a big time brand program interested. I think he was already having back channel convos with DVD and USF about coming home. JMO.

Hes ABSOLUTELY going to get P5 interest. The question is...will it come with an NIL offer. Which you know is what he and his mom want too. That will be the issue with them. The schools that will be willing to give him a shot i bet are not NIL schools. But then you have to also protect yourself...
