Rayshawn is a 4.5mid guy. I think Carter is more the 4.6 range based off this tape. Seems he lost some top end speed, but that can be regained. He is a ridiculous athlete at the end of the day. A very impressive highlight regardless and should be playing early here. Even though Deon is faster...
