People fall in love with potential…but potential will also get you fired as a coach.

Highest paying jobs in FL are in the panhandle. They lump the HC as the AD in order to pay more. It is impossible to run a good program and it not be a year round program. So the time with the money really makes its like a $1/hr

that's why I'm retired and now in the scouting game. The amount of time for little pay really doesn't make sense.

It's called Settle and Noose. It just a warm up drill. Getting arms loose with a purpose. Hitting shoulders and at the same time the WR's work on catching and getting upfield.
