These guys could be coming in for interviews, he could potentially interview 3 different coaches that might all want to go to practice to see the talent. Doesn’t necessarily mean that the Oregon guys seen at practice are automatically hired IMO.

I’m not lobbying for any former players to coach but I cringe when I hear this take on former players. How many position meetings do you think these players have been in with qualified coaches, how much film has a player of that caliber broke down and studied, he knows how to play the position...
