You also have to take into account how many times the offense and special teams put the defense in a bad position. I'm good with keeping the same philosophy on defense.

I say give the man a shot. He has experience being a QB at a big time college, an OC at a big time college, and a head coach. I can also see Manny letting him also be the QB coach. So, we would have an OC and a competent QB coach. I thought that's what everybody wanted.

We have also been complaining about a QB coach. I can see Applewhite as the OC and QB coach. He is somebody that will big time college football experience playing the position, coaching the position, OC experience, and head coaching experience. He also runs a spread system. I'm not sure if I see...
