theres local recruits that would love to be here too.....

too **** predictable.

they misjudged the **** out of situations....clemson owns metro atl.

safety is a huge need and they have been playing cute with offers.....

if tre dopson reclassifies though its null n void though because hes better than green and stewart

Yeah but when the time comes does he remain with UM? It's easy to say "my dream offer, my whole family UM yada yada"

But when time comes is he going to tell GA/Tex/etc… No?

Also just nitpicking, but isn't Dopson a corner?

I can’t take anyone serious that keeps blaming all of this stuff on Dennis Smith considering there’s literally like 50 other people working on this staff.

No disrespect as you probably do know a lot of stuff and are an insider…but this is just pathetic.
Dennis has a lot more power than you think. He’s damaged tons of relationships with coaches players and families. He’s an absolute idiot and is causing a ton of damage

Guys act like these S.Fla kids bolting elsewhere is something new….this had been going on forever and happened when we were the kings of CFB…..it’s not something that started this year.

Other teams are getting it done on the trail with NIL at a much higher rate. Florida is buns and look at their recruitment the last 2 seasons.

We are an unserious program. I’ve said it before that we’ll land a Cantwell or Mauigoa every few years, but we’re not gonna land the game changing skill guys. We don’t pay enough.

Also another huge factor that everyone likes to ignore is our game day atmosphere. Every team that’s after these top kids sell out.

We are stagnant currently. Need win and win big and send 3 guys in the first round. Need to crush the cuse and GTs of the world and not get embarrassed in a bowl game.

Haven’t wont a bowl since Richt and the last time before that was 2006 in Nevada. Think about that.

If this is true, that’s just utterly insane.

I cannot fathom that Mario would be so stupid to keep a guy on that has consistently made mistakes like this. If he is then we have bigger issues and the program is doomed.
I’m over it dude. Need a miracle run this season. Which will then lead us to stack more and more talent to dummy proof the roster. I place probability of that at 20%

So basically we’re not willing to pay what Texas is willing to pay . Spend that money on another interior DT . The ol makes the RBs not the other way around .
I don't think the money is there. How many times have we heard this just to miss on the next guy too. Someone or someone's with deep pockets has lost faith in Mario after another season collapse.

This isn’t an excuse. The blame is on Miami. It’s the staff’s job to win games and win recruiting battles.

I just don’t blame the recruits for thinking the same things that fans say all the time.
What about USC and unfortunately our rivals UF have sucked and have no issue landing guys. Ou and A&M have been bad and have no problem landing guys either.

Always a new excuse for miami.

And to you over-hyping the staff and NIL. If you really believed we had allocated more of our NIL budget than the other top programs to keeping returning players and bringing in expensive portal additions, you shouldn't have created the expectation Mario is going to land a Top 3 class. We deride other sites for Clickbait. But you've been doing the same thing on CIS.

Miami spent over 20 million last year on the roster and had nothing to show for it results wise. NIL wasn't the problem last year; it was the roster allocation and poor coaching from the top down.

I appreciate the honesty DMoney. I’m not really sweating Cooper. I’ve watched his film. Is he the next Adrian Peterson or Barry Sanders? Not by a long shot. I get more concerned about us losing WR, DT, CB, S out of our backyard. I realize it’s optics, but NIL has turned the college game more into a professional football organization situation were certain business decisions have to be made. We have a loaded experienced backfield that we spent to retain. I’d rather we spend the money on talent acquisition during the portal to fill in the rooms we lack talent in. I’m associating this with the Stubbs situation last year.

Same movie every year .. blessed to receive offer from the U my dream school since I was little ..and other things the say then the finger when they string us along .. at least it won’t be fsu

If only you knew the half of it.

That’s in Mario. Is smith is that big of a problem and mario keeps him employed then Mario deserves all the negativity and end result of being fired. It’s that simple

Finally D tells yall the truth while others have been warning you all. Check the post. It’s bleakverne season.

Just get to ND and start stacking some wins on the field. Nobody should be shocked by this. It’s been Miamis trend for a long long time. Mario will win some big battles but nowhere close to the top 5 type programs. The warning signs have been there but the board call us mopes. The good news is the season is right around the corner and we get another year to hope for more progress on the field. A loss against ND will sink this ship
agreed with everything except the last sentence ... nd was in the natty last year ... we gotta make the playoffs ... but everything else you said is bars ... we're not bama, georgia, texas, ohio state level yet ... gotta keep stackin "meaninful" wins
