4 of the front 7 (LBs & DEs) is what’s really going to hurt us and prob be the factor against Bama but for the rest of our schedule, we have plenty of talent to be fine and better

OL depth is concerning as well. But overall we sound like a true Top 10-15 team now. Just need to play and coach like it

Excellent podcast as always. This is the closest to an objective assessment as I’ve ever heard from one of the best fans ever.

I’m both thrilled and disappointed at the same time. Thrilled that it looks like we’re a good team that is close to being great. Disappointed in that we KNEW that LB and DE would be an issue and didn’t do enough to address it.

During the off-season we went after our CB and got him. We pulled in Rambo. We added Briwn. When Clark went down, Justice landed the UNLV replacement. Yet your telling me we couldn’t find a MLB and second DE transfer? I understand the caps and counters issue. We needed to find a way because this offense is good enough to win the ACC, but now we have two glaring holes on the defense. That’s a major lost opportunity.

Nevertheless, I think this team is going to be a lot of fun to watch with the playmakers we have on O. Can’t wait for September 4th and conference play.
