Miami Hurricanes freshman safety Zaquan Patterson has announced that he plans to enter the transfer portal, he told On3.

The 6-foot-1, 195-pound player has three years of eligibility left at his next destination.

Coming out of high school at Chaminade-Madonna Prep, Zaquan was ranked as a four-star prospect, and ranked as the No. 63 player nationwide.

Zaquan played in every game, finishing with 19 tackles and three pass breakups. We will wish the best for the former four-star recruit to wherever he lands at.

We probably paid a high NIL for him and the results weren’t as good as the product. NIL has forced players to produce ASAP.Best wishes to him
