The Yulkeith Brown show has started. 3 straight catches to start the game for Brown, with the final one finishing in the endzone. Easy 6 for the Immortals

Talked with 2021 Maryland 4-star WR Jalil Farooq, who had one of the better performances yesterday, visiting UM afterwards and also landing an offer. Had a good time on the visit. He’s big on program tradition, something that stands out to him about Miami; named Ed Reed Sean Taylor and Ray Lewis as his favorite Hurricanes. Another big factor he mentioned was area/weather, and he’s loved the Miami environment and vibe so far. LSU, UGA, and Maryland are some other schools standing out for him right now. He says Summer decision.

Yulkeith Brown goes full extension and lays out for a nasty diving 39 yard catch that excites the crowd. Kahlil Brantley finishes off the the drive with both a short TD and 2 point conversion for the Immortals. Immortals down 31-30 with a minute left
Tim Burns gets beat for a long TD on what looked like a miscommunication to essentially end the game. Miami Immortals lose 37-30

Talked with Yulkeith Brown after his big game 1 performance. He’s going to be heading over to the UM Junior Day after his last game here. Has talked with coach Lashlee and is being treated like a priority right now. Lashlee wants to line him up all over the field and feature him in the UM offense. Visiting Alabama next week. LSU is gonna be hard to beat here. Decision coming during the season or just afterwards.
