If they are cruiting Ed and Brini as safeties what is happening with CB recruiting?

They have an elite nickel locked up and an athlete that *might* project as a CB. Just praying for Henderson to hop back in? Collier is probably a FS too.

Hoping that's Jeff James. No idea what to expect there but he's looked really good in his senior film.

Dont like all these in the box type safeties diaz seems to be targeting. Need some safeties with range and coverage ability.

Jeff is gonna surprise a lot of people at FS next year. You don't just get 9 picks in your first year playing football, idc what level it's at.

Why do yall keep mentioning Diaz? Banda is responsible for the Safety's, obviously Diaz is the D coordinator, but his position group is the LB corp & that's his main focus in recruiting. He may tell Banda what kind of Safety's we need, but it doesn't work that simple in recruiting.

Jeff James & Redwine can play FS, plus with Bandy coming in at Nickel that frees up Quan to play Deep Center field.

Also, even though Billy Gibson is a banger, I actually think he could play some FS, he's not as slow as people think he is, he's just not necessarily a ballhawk. That's not his ideal position & he's better at SS, I'm just saying I think he could be capable.

The kid who we should be trying to flip is Shawn Davis... He can play both CB & FS, and is a **** good at both positions.
