2026 four-star defensive lineman Nolan Wilson has put the Miami Hurricanes and coach Mario Cristobal in his top choices, cutting his list to just five.

Miami faces tough competition from teams like Florida, Alabama, Ole Miss, and Auburn, all of which are in the SEC.

Wilson hails from Picayune, Mississippi, where he is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 6 defensive lineman in the nation and the No. 3 player in the state. He stands 6-foot-4, 240 pounds.

Wilson does have a visit scheduled to Miami, but before heading to Coral Gables, he will visit Alabama on May 30, Auburn on June 6, and Ole Miss on June 13, wrapping things up on June 20 in Miami.

Miami's 2026 recruiting class currently has ten commitments, four of which are on the defensive side of the ball.

Must be at only 240 pounds for DL him and 200 pound DE ???
Most of the guys on the defense are under 200 lbs. maybe one other guy is around 220. Also, the QB in the gold pants, number 2 white jersey, and black helmet is none other than Auburns 5 star Deuce Knight. He gets body slammed pretty good at about the 3:07 mark.

Why are we after smallness we’re D1 not D3 he’d be perfect size a South West Eastern Central Himalaya Mountain technical Community College.

Not going up against D1 350 OL fronts

How much did Warren Sapp weigh as a freshman??
Chances are very SLIM many since we’re wired the way he was .
He probably was maybe 260 maybe again his wiring was extraordinarily rare .

That’s like say we might be loaded with X receivers and others who would train like X.

But I do understand your point 👍

Not exactly the 4 schools you want to be battling for a DT from MS
Crazy bruh, if we want to compete we need to land stud DTs with size that the elites want. Waiting for the post that reads, “if our DTs eat this season that will help land a big time DT” which never is the case. You land them cause you land them, simple as that
