TE might be our thinest position in about a year or two depending. Not much after left after Sandland, Walford, and Cleveland leave. Just Dobard.

Except for O'Donnell, Lockley, and Griffin, you're right

Lockley could still end up on defense. Griffin is a WR.
Lockley is a tight end or linebacker but I think our success recruiting lately he'll be a tight end. Griffin can be a wr but with so much depth and he's going to gain weight working out he makes more sense as a tight end too

O'Donnell is a JAG right now. Lockley could play D. Griffin might not see the football field. You're right.

WTF, he is a JAG? He hasn't even played yet and is a RS FR.

He may end up a JAG but our fan base is so reactionary on our young players. "He RS'd so he must suck", WTF is that.

I thought hurlie said lockley is a safety

I see Griffin as a tight end. He has wide shoulders. I don't think Graham, Shockey, KWII or Olsen were much stronger coming in.

And if you watch the way he plays basketball, he's a power guy.

I've been meaning to ask, whats the deal with Pierce (qualify?) and then its that other TE kid from Southridge in 2015 Devonaire Clarington. So it wouldn't be a big issue if he did de-commit. I think this kid has potential as an H-back as he stated they told him would play, but maybe an attempt to get a presence in Georgia. Many kids in Georgia are leary about their ability to get on the field over State of Florida athletes, especially SoFl kids.

They are? Tell all those Georgia kids who used to give us fits when the Ga-Fla all-star game was a real game with the best from both states. They'd win their share of games and their best were usually as good as our best.

So every year we hope to flip guys who are committed to other schools and hold onto hope until the last day. But it's a sin for any of our commits, including the under the radar kids who may be just receiving some new interest, to listen to and keep their other options on the table! Sounds pretty logical to me.

That's very classy and refined of you, but if guys want to keep their options open, then they shouldn't commit. Pretty simple concept isn't it? I doubt UM fans would have a problem with him if he wasn't committed. It isn't really all that odd though when fans of a particular school get tweaked when their commits act like this dude.

I mean grown men change their mind if they haven't signed a contract so it should never be a surprise if a 16 or 17 changes his mind on the biggest decision of his life

True, but then it's not a commitment. It's nothing more than strong interest. Kid might as well say "Miami is on the top of my list right now but I'm not ready to commit". That would be much more accurate.
