Who cares? They aren't going to listen anyway. It's just something to make themselves look like they're not being secretive, which anyone with a brain knows they will be. It doesn't make the whole process a mockery though.

to some degree its a perception issue. a few drops just happened with all the negative press. watch UNC drop a few the next couple years.

This **** always ****es me off! We fired a WHITE coach for producing the same results as said BLACK coach before hiring a white coach. The majority of our assistant hires since bringing in the white coach have been BLACK. When conducting a search for a new basketball coach before hiring Haith, it was disclosed that the race of the coach would be a factor. In other words, we told WHITE coaches don't bother applying.
